I am a Registered Social Worker and the practice lead at Better Minds Counselling. I work with adults, teens, and children ages 12 and up who are navigating anxiety, depression, concussion-related concerns, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My work is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping clients make meaningful change without feeling overwhelmed by the process.

Sessions often include practical strategies, reflection, skill-building, and a steady focus on what would help you feel more capable in your relationships, routines, decisions, and emotional life.

I draw from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Rather than forcing one method onto every client, I use these approaches to help you understand your patterns, regulate emotions, manage difficult thoughts, and take clear next steps.
