Clinical Biography
I am a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience as a clinical social worker. I work with adults, children, and teens ages 11 and up who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, academic stress, career transitions, separation, divorce, motivation concerns, and relationship stress.
Many people I meet are functioning on the outside while privately feeling frustrated, shut down, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next. Therapy offers a structured place to slow things down, identify what is not working, and build practical strategies for coping, communication, and decision-making.
My work is collaborative, clear, and goal-oriented. I help clients strengthen emotional regulation, clarify priorities, and take steps that support meaningful progress. Whether the concern is stress at school, pressure at work, a difficult relationship, or a major life transition, sessions focus on building tools that help clients feel more confident and in control.
My Therapeutic Philosophy
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These approaches support practical skill-building, clearer thinking, emotional regulation, and action steps that match a client’s goals.
Clients can expect structured support without judgment. We identify what is getting in the way, develop strategies that make sense for your situation, and track progress over time. Therapy should feel useful, direct, and connected to the changes you want to make in daily life.
