Hear From Charlene:

With a deep understanding of the emotional strain that life challenges cause, I use a range of evidence-based approaches to foster emotional well-being and empower clients to overcome challenges. Specifically, I utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to help my clients achieve their individual desired outcomes. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship break downs, trauma, and more.

I have a passion for working with people experiencing PTSD, or trauma and I received my certificate in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I am look forward to supporting individuals experiencing these challenges and helping them move forward to a richer, more meaningful life.

I work closely with each individual to create customized strategies that target stress management, emotional resilience, and increased wellbeing. I will meet you where you’re at and help you reach your goals.

I am passionate about empowering individuals with essential coping skills and am excited to offer community-based opportunities for personal growth. In addition to counselling services, I host a series of  educational groups designed to provide valuable tools for navigating life's challenges.
