Hear From Alyssa:
I work with youth, adolescents, and adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Many of my clients are dealing with anxiety, low motivation, stress, or challenges in relationships, and are looking for practical ways to create change in their lives.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you build tools that actually work in your day-to-day life. Together, we’ll explore what’s been keeping you stuck, identify your strengths, and develop clear, realistic steps toward the changes you want to make.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. This means our work will be both reflective and action-oriented, we won’t just talk about problems, but actively work on strategies to help you feel more in control and confident.

I aim to create a space where you can be open and honest without judgment, while also feeling supported in making meaningful, lasting changes.
