With over 10 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I focus on helping you identify what’s getting in the way of your goals and build realistic, effective strategies to create change. Our work will be collaborative and structured, we’ll not only explore what’s going on, but also develop tools you can use in your day-to-day life.
I use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. This means our sessions are focused on building skills, improving coping, and helping you make meaningful progress toward your goals.
