Jennifer Pilling
Jennifer is a Registered Social Worker.

Jennifer works with neurodivergent, neurocomplex, and highly sensitive people (ages 3 and up) to resolve trauma, anxiety, depression and stress-related issues with self-exploration, self-compassion, and social justice.
Hear From Jennifer:
I work with children and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying the impact of past experiences and trauma. Many of the people I support are navigating anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or the effects of being misunderstood or unsupported in their environments, especially those who identify as neurodivergent.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. Together, we focus on helping you better understand your experiences, build self-compassion, and develop practical ways to feel more grounded and regulated in your day-to-day life.

In my work with children, I use play-based therapy to help them express emotions, process difficult experiences, and build confidence in a way that feels natural and engaging to them. I integrate approaches like EMDR (a trauma-focused therapy that helps process difficult experiences), parts work (IFS), and nervous system regulation strategies. This means we don’t just talk about what’s going on, we also work with how it shows up in your body and emotions, so change feels more lasting and meaningful.

If you’re looking for therapy that is affirming, flexible, and responsive to who you are, including your identity, culture, and personal values, we can work together to find an approach that fits you.
