With a deep understanding of the emotional strain that life challenges cause, I use a range of evidence-based approaches to foster emotional well-being and empower clients to overcome challenges. Specifically, I utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to help my clients achieve their individual desired outcomes.
