Hear From Srithisha:
My practice emphasizes a client-centered, trauma-informed approach that fosters healing, growth, and resilience. I utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Play Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to tailor my approach to the unique needs of each client.
Whether working with children, teens, or adults, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their challenges and develop the skills they need to thrive.
In addition to my therapeutic work, I bring extensive experience in psycho-social assessments, counselling, and crisis intervention. I am also passionate about educating and presenting on topics like life skills, substance abuse, and anger management. With a holistic and cognitive approach, I strive to facilitate meaningful change and empower clients to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
